How to check whether the train is out of service?

1. You can log on to the official website of China Railway 12306 or use the railway 12306APP to inquire according to the train information.

Second, you can call the telephone service hotline 12306 to transfer the manual service for consultation.

Third, you can go to the nearby railway station or ticket sales point to consult the relevant staff.

Method 1:

(computer side)

1. Search for "12306" or directly click the blue word to enter12306.cn.

2. Select the origin, arrival and departure date of the train you want to query on the homepage, and click Query.

(For example: query1train D4808 from Wuhan to Shanghai on October 30th +65438)

3. If the train is out of service, the words "Train Out of Service" will be displayed on the right.

(APP query)

Download and install railway 12306app.

2. Open the Railway 12306app, select the origin, arrival and departure date of the train you want to query on the homepage, and click Query. (For example, inquire about the T252 train from Tianjin to Guangzhou on1October 3 1 day)

3. Find the train you want to inquire about. If there is the word "train out of service" below, the train will be out of service this time.

Method 2:

1. Search for "12306" or directly click the blue word to enter12306.cn.

2. Click the icon at the bottom of the page for more information.

3. The latest train outage information will be displayed on the latest dynamic webpage of China Railway 12306.

4. Click on the title to view the full text of the announcement.

Method 3:

Call 12306 by landline or mobile phone, and follow the prompts to transfer to manual service for consultation.
