Second, the examination object: Pukou residents and employees of government agencies, enterprises and institutions.

Third, matters needing attention:

1. Residents are requested to actively cooperate, arrange the time reasonably, and go to the sampling point for nucleic acid sampling in an orderly manner according to the unified arrangement of each street. Wear a mask regularly throughout the journey, and prepare "Su Kang code", "travel code" and personal valid identity information in advance.

2. People who have not been vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine for 48 hours do not participate in nucleic acid testing. Health code "yellow code" personnel carry out nucleic acid detection in a specified way. For those who are infected with COVID-19 virus within half a year, and those who have been in China for less than half a year, please take the initiative to inform the staff and arrange for separate collection.

Have a life history in a high-risk area in China for 3.7 days, take the initiative to report to the community, arrange nucleic acid testing in a specified way, and may not participate in large-scale nucleic acid testing.

4. Personal protection for sampling. Don't go forward immediately after finishing the previous subjects. Don't take off your mask immediately and wait for the sample. After the medical staff disinfected their hands and took out new cotton swabs, they quickly took off their masks, held their breath when sampling, and put on their masks immediately after the end. Don't touch the items on the operating table, don't leave keys, mobile phones, ID cards and other items on the operating table, and avoid spitting in the trash can next to it after sampling.

5. Each sampling point shall provide nucleic acid sampling certificate. When entering units, schools and other places, as well as taking subways, buses, taxis and internet taxis, we must check the results or certificates of nucleic acid testing. Those who fail to carry out nucleic acid detection as required will be reminded by SMS and then managed by code. Those who refuse to cooperate without justifiable reasons, hinder the prevention and control of epidemic situation or cause other serious consequences will bear corresponding legal responsibilities according to law.

6. Each sampling point should be provided with special crowd channels such as students, the elderly, the disabled and pregnant women, and priority inspection should be arranged. Please pay attention to the weather changes and travel safety.
