What should I do if I encounter a particularly hot and dry indoor environment?

When winter comes, the room will be particularly dry, and dryness will bring some uncomfortable feelings, such as dry throat, cough and dry skin. So, what can be done to alleviate indoor dryness?

Keep a few pots of green plants at home. Don't think that green plants are just ornamental. They are the best humidifiers, which are safe and energy-saving. Green plants such as cactus, chlorophytum, Brazilian wood and rich bamboo are placed indoors to increase indoor humidity. But indoor plants should not be too much, and plants should be watered frequently.

Wet mops mop the floor. Wipe the floor with a clean wet mop at least twice a day, which can not only remove dust, but also increase the contact area between water and air, so that water can evaporate quickly and effectively increase the humidity of indoor air. If it is a wooden floor, don't wipe the floor directly with a wet mop. It is best to use a vacuum cleaner to absorb the dust first, and then wring the mop dry to wipe the floor, so as to prevent excessive moisture from infiltrating into the wooden floor, leading to mildew and rot.

Use a humidifier. Although humidifiers are very common now, I personally don't recommend buying humidifiers, because there is no way to clean them after long-term use, and there are bacteria easily.

Atomization method. Use a watering can (the principle is the same as that of most humidifiers on the market, but the effect is much better), twist the nozzle of the watering can into atomization mode, and then spray it from room to room at the top of the room, near the ceiling (be careful not to spray it on the ceiling).

Don't turn on the air conditioner too much. The most suitable air conditioning temperature for human body should be 24℃ to 27℃, the lowest temperature should not be lower than 22℃, the indoor and outdoor temperature difference should not be greater than 5℃, and the air conditioning at night should not be lower than 24℃. If the air conditioner is turned on too much and the indoor temperature is too low, it is easy to suffer from "air conditioning diseases", such as colds, coughs, fever and listlessness. Therefore, the country put forward the slogan of saving air conditioning temperature at 26 degrees. At this temperature, people feel neither hot nor cold, and air conditioning is more energy-efficient.
