How many meters above sea level is Shiquan River?

Shiquanhe town is 4300 meters above sea level.

Shiquan River is called Sange Zangbo in Tibetan. Shiquanhe town is the residence of Ali regional administrative office. Located at the source of the Indus River, it is one of the major rivers in western Xizang Autonomous Region. Glacial Lake, which originated in the northern part of Qi Feng, Gangrenbo, the main peak of Gangdise Mountain, flows from south to north and turns west near Bamba, passes through Geji Town, reaches Shiquanhe Basin, joins Garzangbu near Zhaxigang Township, and turns northwest to flow into Ladakh area.

The basin covers an area of 27,450 square kilometers. Because the mountain where the spring water is located looks like a lion, it is named Shiquan River. Some people say that shiquanhe town is the most beautiful town in the world. It is located on the banks of the Shiquan River at an altitude of 4,300 meters, hence the name "shiquanhe town". Although it is located in the Gobi, the gurgling Shiquan River has brought it great vitality.
