Can I take a sauna if it is too cold in a plateau area above 3,000 meters above sea level?

It should be possible

Sauna refers to the process of using steam to treat the human body in a closed room. Usually the temperature in the sauna can reach above 90°C.

The purpose is to use the hot and cold stimulation of repeated dry steaming and flushing of the whole body to repeatedly expand and contract blood vessels, which can enhance the elasticity of blood vessels and prevent vascular sclerosis.

At 3000 meters, the boiling point is around 91°C; the above will decrease accordingly.

However, from the perspective of the functional principle of sauna: the hot and cold stimulation of repeated dry steaming and flushing of the whole body is used to repeatedly expand and contract blood vessels. This can be achieved even in the Himalayas (boiling point 72°C).

So you can take a sauna in plateau areas above 3,000 meters above sea level.
