Mugecuo Scenic Area is located in the middle of Gongga Mountain, 0/7km away from kangding city/Kloc-,and it is a national 4A-level scenic spot. World natural nomination website. The scenic spot covers an area of about 350 square kilometers and consists of six scenic spots: Fangcao, Qisehai, Yaochi Boiling Spring, Dujuan Gorge, Mugecuo and Red Sea Grassland. The elevation of the scenic spot ranges from 2850m to 4200 m. You can take the scenic bus to enjoy the scenery at different points, or you can take the bus to Mugecuo and walk back from top to bottom.

Mugecuo, also known as Dahaizi, is one of the largest alpine lakes in northwest Sichuan, with an altitude of 3,800 meters, a water area of nearly 4 square kilometers and a water depth of 70 meters. In addition to forests and grasslands, the scenic spots also include the Red Sea, the White Sea, the Black Sea and more than 30 Jinghai. It is a scenic spot for viewing snow-capped mountains, grasslands, lakes, virgin forests, azaleas and Tibetan customs. Sightseeing in Mugecuo, you can ride a horse to see the scenery, you can also take a boat by water, and even better, you can walk through the mountains and the Red Sea grassland to capture the wonders of mountains and rivers. "Idle clouds around the valley and snow around the peak, and ancient trees are full of flowers." Autumn colors are gradually spreading in Cuiling. We took beautiful photos all the way, swam the scenery all the way and walked about five kilometers. We arrived at another scenic spot: Yaochi Boiling Spring Scenic Area has only more than 20 high-temperature fountains, and the highest temperature can exceed 90 degrees Celsius. Qingbi Hot Spring contains trace mineral elements beneficial to human body. Approaching it, a smell of sulfur will come to your face, which will make you take a nap involuntarily and let your tired feet enjoy the hot spring bath quietly. Different eye springs have therapeutic effects on different symptoms such as eye diseases, stomach diseases and rheumatism. On the plateau at an altitude of 3500 meters, you will thoroughly enjoy the hot springs.

After soaking in hot springs, you can take the scenic bus to the next scenic spot, Qise Lake.

Qise Lake is an alpine lake with snowmelt water and hot springs at an altitude of 3,260 meters. The lake is crescent-shaped with an area of 20 hectares and a water depth of 20. Surrounded by forests and grasslands, it is elegant and quiet. "A blue pearl reflects the snow-capped mountains, and the lotus flowers enter the stream around the fog." The lake is clear and transparent. With the change of sunshine and weather, it presents waves of seven colors, such as a mirror that calms the lake, reflecting white clouds, mountains, ancient trees and snow. When Premier Zhu of the State Council came here, he lamented that it was "an overseas fairy mountain, a holy land of Penglai".

After coming back from Mugecuo Scenic Area, we stayed at Yueyi Hotel by Kangding River in kangding city. After dinner, we walked along Kangding River and enjoyed the night view of Kangding. Kangding has a long and splendid history and culture. It is the throat of Sichuan and Tibet, the important town of the ancient tea-horse road, and the intersection center of Tibet and Han. It has been the political, metallurgical, cultural, economic, information center and transportation hub of Kangba Tibetan area since ancient times. It is also the starting point for us to drive into Tibet.
