How many days are there during the Spring Festival holiday?

The national regulation is to take a seven-day vacation.

The national Spring Festival holiday lasts for three days, namely the first day, the second day and the third day of the first month. According to the law, during the following festivals, the employing unit shall arrange employees' holidays according to law: New Year's Day, Spring Festival, International Labor Day, National Day and other holidays stipulated by laws and regulations. If workers are arranged to work on legal holidays, the employer shall pay no less than 300% of the salary. Statutory holidays are the rest time for commemorating and celebrating activities stipulated by national laws and regulations, and also a rest time for workers.
