The weather in Hefei in March

I have been studying in Hefei for four years. You don't need to wear a sweater when you come to Hefei in March, but if you come to school here or you don't have heating there, you must bring a sweater. The weather in March is changeable. If it rains, it will be colder than winter, and we northeast people can't stand it, so we often see that we don't wear down jackets in winter, but we actually wear them in March.
