Barometric Jiangcheng Fourteen Counties
Jiangcheng: A city by the river.
Fourteen States: According to the Records of History and Geography of Song Dynasty, the two Zhejiang Roads have jurisdiction over two houses, namely Pingjiang and Zhenjiang; Twelve States, namely, Hangzhou, Vietnam, Shanghai, Wu, Ming, Chang, Wen, Yun, Chu, Qu, Yan and Xiu. The second house has twelve states, so it is called fourteen states. On the other hand, the Fourteen States refer to the areas ruled by Wu Yueguo, one of the Five Dynasties and Ten States, namely, the whole province of Zhejiang, the southwest of Jiangsu and the northeast of Fujian.
