It's like walking through thousands of troops to go to the toilet or get boiled water once. The "Qiongsha" sailed at sea 13 hours and arrived at Yongxing Island Wharf. From then on, officers and men on the island can eat fresh fruits and vegetables on time, and then they can take a smooth ship to and from Hainan Island and Yongxing Island. Every month, so many people travel between Xisha and Hainan Island, including officers and men on Yongxing Island, salespeople working in committees and offices in West, China and Nansha, fishermen on the island, and migrant workers who have made contributions to the construction of Yongxing Island. It is not easy for them to go home once. On this small island surrounded by the sea, "Qiongsha III" is the only medium to contact with hometown. The crew of "Qiongsha No.3" are very enthusiastic, and the captain, political commissar and chief engineer are amiable, because the ship is often overcrowded. Every time they sail, there will be three or five people in their rooms playing on the floor, but they still stand on their posts without complaint. The most difficult thing on the ship should be the cook. No matter how bumpy the ship is, whether he is seasick or not, he will cook three meals a day for the crew. Don't think it's so simple. After a bumpy night on the boat, you can appreciate his greatness by tasting it. It is said that the cook, first mate and third mate on board are all old militiamen who participated in the 1974 Xisha naval battle, which is really admirable. "Qiongsha No.3" is a supply ship for the west, south and zhongsha islands, and almost all the daily necessities and mails on the island are transported by "Qiongsha No.3". "Qiongsha III" currently goes back and forth twice a month, but this schedule is not fixed due to the unstable weather in Xisha. The exact sailing time is usually decided the night before sailing. For all the people on the island, all this has become commonplace, but for those who travel to the island, the impact is great. Therefore, few people go to Xisha for the purpose of tourism. Wenchang Qinglan Port is 0/84 nautical miles away from Yongxing Island/kloc-0, and the ship needs to travel 15 hours. Under normal circumstances, the "Qiongsha No.3" will choose to sail around 5~6 pm, because the ship does not provide passengers with meals. In order to avoid the inconvenience of passengers eating on board, passengers can have dinner before boarding at night and go to Yongxing Island after sleeping. At present, the tickets of "Qiongsha III" are not sold to ordinary tourists.
