Scope of goods transported by vehicles applying for electronic pass:

(1) Temporary transportation of vehicles related to people's livelihood materials such as daily necessities, fresh agricultural products, chilled products, medicines, postal logistics, and freight vehicles related to the resumption of production of enterprises such as manufacturing, construction, logistics and public service industries;

(2) Relief materials and living security materials shall pass quickly and conveniently in accordance with relevant regulations.

Note: Xingtai Iron and Steel, Guotai Power Plant, Sinosteel Jixing, Jinniu Fiberglass, Xingdong Mine and other vehicles (above 10), commercial vehicles, muck trucks and vehicles transporting bulk goods (sand, stone, coal, etc.). You need to apply for a long-term pass at the traffic police detachment.
