The national pollen allergy warning map is here.
Pollen allergy, also known as hay fever, is an allergic disease caused by inhaling external pollen.
Hay fever has two high incidence periods every year: spring, summer and autumn.
According to the national pollen allergy early warning map launched by China Weather Network, we can draw the following conclusions:
On March 24, precipitation was scarce in most parts of the country, and the wind was slightly stronger and the weather was dry in some parts of the northwest, which was more conducive to the spread of pollen, and the meteorological index of pollen allergy rose, which was easy to induce and concentrated in central and northern Shaanxi and Gansu.
On March 25, there was rain in the western region, and the level of pollen allergy in some areas decreased, but most areas in the central and eastern regions were still prone to induce pollen allergy, and the protection could not be relaxed.
On March 26-27, pollen allergy was easily induced in most parts of the central and eastern regions, such as Shandong, Henan, Jiangsu, Anhui, Hubei, Zhejiang and other provinces, and the allergy index continued to be high. People who are easily allergic to pollen should do as little outdoor activities as possible.
How to prevent pollen allergy?
1, take protective measures.
Pollen allergy patients should know the pollen index before going out. If the index is high, try to reduce going out. It is best not to go to parks or fields with many trees and flowers, and avoid going out in the evening, when the pollen quantity is the highest.
Wear masks, sunglasses, etc. When you are outdoors.
2. Try to avoid contact with allergens.
Try to avoid direct contact with allergens, namely pollen. At the peak of pollen, we should reduce the time of going out. In case of dry heat or windy weather, we can close the doors and windows and hang wet curtains when opening the window to prevent or reduce pollen from entering the room.
3. Reasonable and effective diet
Eat more nutrients that can reduce the risk of allergies, such as fatty acids (salmon, sardines and other fish), protein (including chicken, fish and pods) and antioxidants (fruits and vegetables contain vitamin C, vitamin E, carotene and so on).
4, you can exercise moderately
Proper exercise can effectively improve immunity and activate immune cells, but at the peak of pollen transmission, you should avoid exercising in places with many flowers and trees and try to go out when there is less pollen, such as early morning, late at night or after a shower.
