IBM's dynamic weather desktop can only display domestic weather. How to set foreign weather?

Maybe it has something to do with your IP. Many of them automatically detect the IP address and display the weather according to the city where your IP is located.

But I have never been abroad, so I don’t know much about the problem you mentioned.

I wonder if it has something to do with the language version of your computer, or the country settings of your computer?
