High temperature warning level

High temperature warning signals are divided into three levels, represented by yellow, orange and red respectively.

1. A high temperature yellow warning signal indicates that the weather is sultry, which generally means that the maximum temperature within 24 hours will be close to or above 35°C;

2. A high temperature orange warning signal indicates that the weather is hot, and generally It means that the maximum temperature will rise above 37℃ within 24 hours;

3. The high temperature red warning signal means extremely hot weather, which generally means that the maximum temperature will rise above 39℃ within 24 hours.

High temperature measures:

1. Try to avoid or reduce outdoor activities during the day, especially do not go out to exercise or work under the scorching sun between 10 and 16 o'clock.

2. It is not advisable to sleep on the balcony, under a tree or in the open air. Go to bed late and get up early, take a nap at noon.

3. Wear a straw hat and light-colored clothes when working outdoors, and have drinking water and heatstroke prevention medicines. If you feel dizzy and uncomfortable, you should stop working immediately and rest in a cool place.

4. When you sweat, do not take a bath with cold water immediately. You should wipe off the sweat first, rest for a while and then take a shower with warm water.

5. The air conditioning temperature should be controlled at 26 ~ 28℃, and the indoor and outdoor temperature difference should not exceed 8℃. When the air conditioner is running, try to avoid the cold air from the air supply vent blowing directly on the head or certain parts of the body for a long time. Open doors and windows regularly for ventilation.
