Jiufeng Mountain Scenic Area is located in Dabao Township, northwest of Pengzhou City. Sunrise, sea of clouds and Buddha's light can be seen on sunny days, and waterfall clouds can be seen on cloudy days. Climb Jiufeng Mountain on foot, and the scenery along the way changes with the elevation.

Transportation: Self-driving or chartered car is the most convenient, and there is no direct bus. Take the shuttle bus from Chengdu Wukuaishi Bus Station to Pengzhou, then take the shuttle bus from Pengzhou to Baishui River, and take the van from Baishui River to the starting point of Jiufeng Mountain. It takes about 4 hours from Chengdu to Jiufeng Mountain by shuttle bus. Depart from Chengdu very early in the morning, climb the mountain at the foot of the mountain at noon and reach the top of the mountain at night.

There is no car to the top of Jiufeng Mountain, so we can only walk all the way! If you lose your leg halfway, you can ask someone to carry it down the mountain, which is very expensive. There is no place to live on the top of the mountain. There are only two small houses to sleep in, but usually there is nothing. It is best to bring your own sleeping bag and moisture-proof pad. It's cold at night at the top of the mountain, so be sure to bring thick clothes.

If there are many people going up the mountain on weekends, there will be uncles cooking and boiling water at the top of the mountain, but it is best to bring your own food just in case. Watching night scenes, starry sky, sunrise and sea of clouds are all about character, and beautiful scenery will be left to lucky people.
