3. Cement clinker enterprises. Jidong Qixin, Jidong Sanyou, Jidong Luanzhou, Jidong Tangshan Branch and Hongtai Cement independently reduce emissions; Longfei Cement, Yandong Cement, Yannan Cement, Shuguang Qiangxing Cement, Shenglong Cement and Hongye Cement Rotary Kilns are subject to production control. Yaodong Cement and Panshi Cement, which are involved in sludge co-disposal, maintain minimum load production.

4. The performance evaluation of foundry, cement grinding station, cement products, slag powder, refractories, independent lime kilns, ceramics, shale bricks and other industries is that A-level and leading enterprises independently reduce emissions, and B-level and below and non-leading enterprises implement production regulation.

6. Waste incineration for power generation. Except for Fengnan Jiecheng Energy, which produces at the minimum load, other enterprises implement production control.
