How to deal with tornado weather?

Tornado is a strong small-scale air vortex, because the air pressure in the center of tornado is small and the wind speed is high. It will cause great damage to buildings on the ground. When we encounter a tornado, don't panic. We should calm down and take correct preventive measures.

I. Indoor preventive measures

1. Stay away from doors, windows and external walls of houses, and hide in the wall or small room opposite the tornado.

2. Upstairs, especially rural buildings, should be immediately transferred to the first floor, temporarily hiding under a relatively solid table or in a toilet or storage room.

Second, outdoor preventive measures

1, quickly flee to the vertical direction where the tornado moves, and find a low-lying place nearby to get down.

2. Stay away from trees and telephone poles to avoid being bruised, crushed or electrocuted.

3. Cars have almost no defense against tornadoes, so when you drive out and encounter tornadoes, you should leave the car immediately and take refuge in low-lying places.
