Du Fu wrote this poem in Chang 'an occupied by An Lushan. Chang 'an fell, was caught by rebels halfway, and returned to Chang 'an. Fortunately, An Lushan ignored him, and he also managed to hide himself and preserve his integrity; But the painful mood and hard life still torment the poet. Shortly before writing this poem, Tang Jun, the ancient prime minister, led his troops to start a car battle with the enemy in Chentaoxie and Qingban, and he was defeated, killing tens of thousands of people. The news spread quickly.

The beginning of the poem-how the new ghost cries-is a dark spot of this painful fact. Since Fangfang was defeated and there is no hope of recovering Chang 'an for the time being, he has to add another layer of sadness to the poet and can't talk to people casually. So the last sentence used more than one word, showing the heavy mood; Next, if you are worried about the old man alone, use one word to look at the sinister environment.

Three or four sentences-the clouds are low and the dusk is low, and the snow dance is empty, so get down to business. Write the clouds at dusk first, and then the snow in the whirlwind. In this way, it shows proper words in the title, suggesting that the poet sits alone in the room and sings repeatedly, and stays in the air from cloud to snow, full of sadness, as if intertwined with cold weather.

Then the poverty and hardship of the poet. Jiaozi bottle without green gourd, once called gourd in ancient poetry, is usually used to hold tea and wine. The bottle, also as a statue, is like a pot with a big mouth and a wine container. In the sentence, the word wine is replaced by the green color of wine. The poet was trapped in Chang 'an and had a hard time. I can't find a drop of wine in the cold. The gourd has long been thrown away, and the jar is empty. The stove is as red as fire and there is no firewood. What is left is an empty stove. Here, the poet did not say that there was no fire in the furnace, but that there was fire. He also wrote a scarlet letter, which made it look like the fire was blazing and the room was bright, and then pointed out the dreamland with one word. It is unbearably cold, and there is only ashes in the furnace. Because of his longing for warmth, the poet had an illusion in front of him: a blazing fire in the stove burned his eyes red. This description, which is based on fantasy and out of nothing, deeply digs out the secret of the poet's inner world at this time. This is an illusion driven by the desire to satisfy. This way of describing the unbearable cold has an unimaginable depth compared with a stove as cold as ice. Because it is not limited to the factual description of objective things, it also integrates the poet's own subjective feelings and appropriately expresses the poet's thoughts and feelings, which not only achieves realism, but also achieves romance.

Finally, the poet boils down to his worries about the status quo. In 756-757 AD (the second year from Yuan Dynasty to Germany), the war between the Tang Dynasty and An Lushan and Shi Siming was launched in the middle reaches of the Yellow River. The overall situation was still unfavorable to Tang Jun, and the poet was trapped in Chang 'an, unable to know the news of the front-line war and the news of his wife and siblings. So it broke the news of several States, and the whole poem ended in sadness. "Book Empty" is the allusion of A Jin man Yin Hao, which means that he is sad and bored, and doodles in the air with his hands. This poem shows Du Fu's deep concern for the fate of the country and his relatives, but he can't concentrate on it.
