It's cold when I'm outside Sterling next door, especially when the wind is a bit biting these days. But as long as you don't stay outside all the time, there are basically two things to worry about. I don't wear it when I change my robe at night. . . The weather is basically cloudy and rainy. It's 0 to 5 degrees outside, but going home is still like a spring breeze. Because I spend little time outdoors, I dress a little thicker than when I first came here in July. For safety, it is recommended to bring one or two sets of thermal underwear.
