Chengdu motor vehicle tail number restriction measures are restored as follows:

First, the "tail number limit" time: 7: 30 to 20: 00 on working days.

Second, the scope of "tail number restriction": all roads around expressway (G4202) (excluding) in Chengdu.

Third, the "tail number restricted" vehicles: all "Chuan A", "Chuan G" and foreign small and micro passenger cars.

Fourth, the "tail number limit" rule:

(1) The above-mentioned restricted vehicles are divided into five groups according to the last Arabic numeral of the motor vehicle number plate (including the temporary number plate), and a group of the above-mentioned restricted time and restricted areas are prohibited from passing every working day. The suffix combination and corresponding rules are: "1" and "6" on Monday; Tuesday is the 2 nd and 7 th; Wednesday is "3" and "8" Thursday is "4" and "9"; Friday is "5" and "0".

(2) Saturday and Sunday are changed into working days due to legal holidays, and the "tail number limit" is not implemented on that day.

Five, the following vehicles are not subject to the "tail number limit" measures:

(1) Passenger cars with new energy vehicle number plates;

(2) Special vehicles for the disabled with C5 driver's license;

(three) military vehicles, police cars, fire rescue vehicles, ambulances, engineering rescue vehicles and cruise taxis;

(4) Vehicles bearing the number plates of embassies and consulates and foreign vehicles that have been approved for temporary entry;

(five) other vehicles that are not restricted by the driving route and direction as stipulated by laws and regulations.

Six, in violation of the restrictions, the traffic management department of the public security organ will be punished according to law.
