6. Beidaihe/Weihai

Both of them are tourist cities in the north, with good scenery and climate, but the disadvantage is that it is too cold in winter. Both can be sub-bases, and Beidaihe is the first choice. I almost bought it in Beidaihe.

7. Qingdao

It is better than Beidaihe Weihai, but its disadvantages are similar to those of Xiamen Zhuhai, and the cost of living is not low.

Not recommended in Yangtze River Delta. Winter is cold and gloomy, summer is sultry, and there is a nasty rainy season.

As for children going to college, Hebei is the most difficult province in China, or at least one of the most difficult provinces.

Let me recommend it, Zhenjiang, Jiangsu, near high-speed railway station. The house price is 7000-8000 yuan. Come and buy it. There are mountains and water, the economy is developed, the house price is low, the transportation is convenient, the medical treatment is close to Nanjing, and the high-speed train goes directly to 18 minutes. It takes half an hour by car.

You can rent a house in Hainan Island.

Guangdong can consider Zhanjiang, Zhuhai, Dongguan and Zhongshan. Even if you have to see a serious illness, it is very convenient to go to Guangzhou. Others added that it is not recommended to live in the Yangtze River Delta. It is wet and cold in winter, which is colder than in the north.
