What's the weather like in Qinhuangdao, Hebei Province in April and May?

It's rather cold. I'm a local. Now I wear everything outside, including down jackets and hollow shirts. I am wearing a bottoming shirt and a thin cotton-padded jacket. It's warmer in sunny noon, so just wear a big sweater. The weather in May is hard to say. It was a little cold last May. I wore a half sleeve at noon and a long sleeve in the morning and evening. As for the rain, there are many weekends. The weather forecast is not very accurate and can only be used as a reference. If you come here to play, you must remember to bring long sleeves. It's colder here sooner or later.
