flood prevention measure
First, pay attention to forecasting in advance and minimize going out.
The weather in flood season is changeable. Please keep abreast of the weather forecast and pay attention to the early warning information at any time. Please go out as little as possible during the early warning period.
In case of severe weather such as rainstorm, lightning and strong wind, close the doors and windows in time, cut off the power supply of electrical appliances, turn off indoor TV sets, air conditioners and other electrical appliances, and reduce the use of mobile phones; Move balcony, window sill and other objects that are easy to fall. Prevent falling objects from hurting people.
Second, stay away from the stagnant water section and pay attention to travel safety.
Linqing city is high in the south and low in the north. When encountering extreme weather such as heavy rain, the general public should pay attention to bypass areas and road sections that are prone to water accumulation, and do not force them to pass, so as to avoid danger.
Areas prone to water accumulation:
Near the entrance of Qingnian Road Sub-district Office, near the intersection of Sanhe Road and Qingnian Road, near Yongqing Road to Shuguang Road of Wenquan Road, near Jinghua Primary School of Qingnian Road, near the intersection of Hongxing Road and Xinhua Road, near the intersection of Xianfeng Road and Yongqing Road, near the south factory of Dazhong Road Paper Mill, near the intersection of Shiligan Gou and Yinhe Road of Zhanqian Road, and between Yinhe Road and Sanhe Road and Xinhua Road.
Roads under construction:
Yinhe Road rain and sewage diversion construction project, Jiefang Road rain and sewage diversion project, Healthy Road rain and sewage diversion project, Hongxing Road rain and sewage diversion project, etc.
Railway culverts prone to water accumulation:
There are five urban railway culverts, which are located at Yinhe Road, Jiefang Road, Xianfeng Road, Wenquan Road and Yunhe Road.
Among them, Yinhe Road, Wenquan Road and Yunhe Road are all equipped with pumping stations, which can reduce the water accumulation in culverts to some extent. When there is precipitation, the flood control personnel will set up warning signs and warning lines at the scene, and pedestrians can pass or bypass according to the instructions of the flood control personnel.
Because there is a lot of water at the intersection of Zhanqian Road and Jiefang Road, it is suggested to bypass when encountering heavy precipitation. The ground of Xianfeng Road railway culvert is basically the same as the road surface, and there will be a small amount of water during precipitation, which generally does not affect traffic.
Dangerous section of Zhangweihe levee:
There are nine dangerous sections in Zhangweihe levee: Chezhuang, Diaomaqiao, Yao Xi, Dongyao, Hu Jia Bay, Touzhakou, Xianfeng Bridge, Lianhua 'an and Tashi.
When going out during the rainstorm, people should avoid being close to rivers, ditches, potholes and low-lying areas, and people, especially those in towns and streets along the Zhangwei River, should not go to banks and beaches during the flood season.
In addition, stay away from power facilities, high-voltage lines, transformers and all items with signs of power supply danger; Don't go near big trees, flagpoles or billboards, and don't hide from the rain in open highlands or under big trees to prevent lightning strikes.
Third, drive carefully and take the initiative to avoid others.
If you encounter heavy rainfall and other weather when you go out, please know the road conditions through radio and WeChat in time.
Drive slowly at low speed, and turn on the wiper, warning light and anti-fog light in time.
Keep a safe enough distance, observe more when changing lanes, and pay attention to whether there is water on the road surface, and whether the manhole cover and well grate are displaced or missing.
If necessary, you should choose to park on higher ground to avoid danger. Don't risk wading. You should get off to explore or bypass the road with unknown water depth, and don't blindly force your way through.
Do not try to start the vehicle after the vehicle is flooded. If the water is not too deep, you can open the door or skylight, leave the wading vehicle and slowly evacuate the wading area. If the water is deep, open the window or skylight to the roof and wait for rescue. If the vehicle falls into the deep water area, you should try to abandon the vehicle and escape immediately.
