How is sweating on hands and feet in winter?

Hyperhidrosis of hands and feet, medically known as "localized hyperhidrosis", mostly occurs in young adults with large emotional fluctuations. A healthy person should have dry palms even though he is sweating all over. People who often sweat their hands often have no sweat on their bodies, but their palms are full of cold sweat and feel very cold. Some people sweat more in winter.

According to the etiology of hyperhidrosis, it can be divided into primary hyperhidrosis and secondary hyperhidrosis; Primary hyperhidrosis is a phenomenon that excessive sympathetic nerve or abnormal sweat gland secretion leads to obvious increase in sweating. Hyperhidrosis patients mostly belong to this kind of hyperhidrosis.

Secondary hyperhidrosis is an increase in sweating caused by physical diseases of a few people, such as hyperthyroidism, endocrine diseases, mental diseases, tumors, menopausal endocrine disorders and so on.
