In the early spring of the Year of the Horse, on a sunny morning in February, I accompanied a few writers and friends from afar, starting from the beautiful Kaili, the capital of Qiandongnan Prefecture, along the broad Jinshan Avenue and crossing the scenic langxi Highway, and came to the largest "Xijiang Miao Village" in the world.

Just half an hour's drive, an exciting, jubilant and eye-opening scene suddenly came into view: in front of the huge village of Qianhu Miao Village in Xijiang with ethnic architectural style, a welcoming team composed of hundreds of Miao men and women dressed in ethnic costumes lined up on both sides of the street with twelve kinds of "bar wine" according to the highest etiquette of Miao people. And each "checkpoint" has two beautifully dressed young and hospitable Miao girls holding cups to propose a toast to the "checkpoint". Under the hospitality, we happily "tasted" cups of "sweet rice wine" specially made by Miao family, and then were "cleared" and entered the stockade.

Accordingly, in order to truly explore the mysterious ancient customs of Miao village and the profound essence of national culture, we decided to visit Xijiang National Museum first. Here, we not only paid tribute to the statue of "Nine Li Chiyou", the ancestor of Miao nationality, but also got a general understanding of the historical changes of "the ancestor of Miao nationality". When we once again "taste" Miao's "sweet rice wine" and "wine makes people drunk" and blend into the "ocean of singing and dancing", just a ray of dazzling and harmonious sunshine shines directly from Miao village, which makes everyone's hearts warm. Oh, what a hospitable place, how friendly customs, how sunny weather ... all make people completely intoxicated unconsciously. It is rare to have such an atmosphere to stimulate interest, and no one wants to idle their hands and feet and participate in one interactive party after another. In an instant: the guests and the host danced together and enjoyed themselves. What is even more exciting is that the majestic Lusheng, drum music, excited laughter and laughter are intertwined and echoed in Miao Village, and the scene is magnificent! We are deeply moved by the Miao people's "innate rich ethnic customs" hospitality! And the "strangeness" of being in a foreign land is completely gone.

The food piled up on the table is dazzling, mostly "delicious food" cooked by "pollution-free green food" such as sour soup fish, drum tower meat, boiled chicken and wild vegetables with "Miao food culture characteristics", which is tempting and coveted. During the dinner, the "toast song" kept singing, accompanied by the guests screaming and screaming, and everyone present ate with relish and had a full meal.
