Will the weather icon on the IP desktop change automatically?

It is found that the temperature displayed by the weather icon on the IP desktop occasionally changes. It changed from 22℃ to 23℃ in the morning. I thought it would automatically display the local temperature of the day (according to GPS positioning) or the temperature of the first city in the set weather list, but when I entered the weather city list of my IP, I found that the first city was not 23℃ today, nor was it a sunny day displayed on the desktop. In addition to adding and deleting weather list cities and customizing sorting, there is no option to set the default display of the desktop in the weather setting function. Moreover, the temperature in the local cities on the list is not 23℃ today. What's more, I looked through the list of all the weather cities I set up and found that none of them happened to have a temperature of 23℃ today. Isn't IP temperature sensing? It can automatically measure the current ambient temperature-but the temperature displayed on the desktop will not change when the IP is placed in the pocket or on the desktop. It seems not! Is it because I was wrong? The weather icon on the desktop is just a fixed icon (picture) LOGO, which will not change? PS: I know that the calendar icon on the IP desktop will automatically display the date of the day.
