My impression of Fushun

I think there are three kinds of impressions of a city: one is the impression of the city's external publicity, and the iconic beauty is made into a blueprint and displayed to the world. The second is the memory of local people, many things are used to it, mostly memories of the past and longing for the future. The third is the impression of the city felt by foreigners in the local area.

Take the baby to Fushun, her grandparents' house these days. Although both belong to the north, Shandong and Liaoning are not far apart on the map, but across a Shanhaiguan pass, the customs inside and outside the customs are different. So let's talk about my impression of Fushun, a city outside the customs.

The first is the weather. I have been here several times, mostly in autumn and winter. Fushun is cold in winter and the temperature is low, but there is no wind. If you go out when the sun is shining, you won't feel the cold in winter at all, and it will be hot when you walk. This is what the northeast people call dry and cold, unlike Qingdao and the south, where the temperature is not low, it is too hot to wear too much, and it is cold and cold to wear less wind. Then, the temperature difference between indoor and outdoor is relatively large. Wearing a thick down jacket or cotton coat to go indoors, especially shopping, is absolutely hot enough to doubt life. Mainly the coat can be taken off, pants and shoes are outdoor standard.

Fushun old city, the city is not very good, are old houses, not as beautiful and clean as the new city, but it also has a unique style. Looking for thick smoke and anger in the city, only the old city can find it. There is a fair-like market here, where old friends and buddies go out to say hello to each other. It's pleasant. This feeling can only be found in the old city.

What are the characteristics of Fushun? Eating, of course. Almost every street will have restaurants, large and small streets, large and small restaurants. The most famous are barbecue and spicy mix.

Fushun's barbecue is charcoal barbecue. Thin slices of beef are marinated with secret seasoning, served on the table, cooked quickly on a charcoal grill, and stained with special dry or wet ingredients. That is definitely the enjoyment of taste buds. The so-called Korean barbecue in Qingdao can't compare with all kinds of barbecues. Every time I come here, I basically have a barbecue once a day. The food here is delicious and inexpensive, and I can't enjoy it anywhere else.

Fushun's mala Tang also has a unique flavor. There are all kinds of vegetable balls and vermicelli. I don't know how to match them. Looking spicy, it tastes delicious and has no flavor.

Having a Chinese sauerkraut meal here in jiaozi changed my impression of that kind of sour sauerkraut. Jiaozi with sauerkraut is really delicious. The faint sour taste neutralizes the greasy meat, and there is a unique fragrance that other vegetables do not have.

Generally speaking, I am a foodie, so what impressed me most about this city is eating. Fushun is delicious and the price is not expensive. Fushun is a good place to evaluate a city by eating.
