East to the southeast corner of the intersection of Zhang Jiahe River, Pu Jie River, Pu Jie River and Loujiang River, about 6 15 mu of administrative boundary area of the park (bordering Kunshan), south to Wusong River (bordering Wuzhong) and Xietang River, west to Zhonghuan East Road, and north to Loujiang Expressway to Zhang Jiahe River.

What are the specific places?

It has jurisdiction over Shengpu Street (all), Dongshahu Social Work Committee (part), Weiting Street (part) and Moon Bay Social Work Committee (part).

Shengpu Street: East to the southeast corner of the intersection of Pu Jie River, Pu Jie River and Loujiang River. The administrative boundary area of the park is about 6 15 mu, south to Wusong River, west to Qingqiupu River and north to Loujiang River. Tingnan Xincun area is not under the jurisdiction of Weiting Street.

East Lake Social Work Committee: East to Qingqiupu River, south to Xietang River, west to Zhonghuan East Road, and north to Loujiang Expressway. Does not include the area under the jurisdiction of the Moon Bay Social Work Committee.

Weiting Street:

Tingnan New Village is east to Tianxiang River, south to Tingping Road, west to Weisheng Road, and north to Tingnan River on the north side of Tingnan New Village.

The area outside the forbidden discharge area is the restricted discharge area.

(1) Restricted discharge period: in the restricted discharge area, discharge is allowed from 6: 00 to 22: 00 every day, and discharge is prohibited at other times; During the Spring Festival (Lunar New Year's Eve to the fifth day of the first month) and the Lantern Festival, it is allowed to be set off all day. Fireworks and firecrackers will be set off during the senior high school entrance examination and college entrance examination.

During the early warning period of heavy pollution weather and during the senior high school entrance examination and college entrance examination, fireworks and firecrackers are completely prohibited within the administrative area of this Municipality.

Fireworks and firecrackers are also prohibited in these areas outside the Third Ring Road:

1, residence of party and government organs and institutions

2. Transportation hubs such as stations and docks.

3 cultural relics protection units, medical institutions, pension institutions, children's welfare homes, nurseries and schools.

4. Places where inflammable and explosive articles are produced and stored, such as gas (gas) stations, gas (oil) pipelines, power transmission and transformation (transformers), overhead power, communication lines and other safety protection facilities and military facilities.

5, laws, regulations, rules, municipal government documents prohibit the discharge of fireworks and firecrackers in other places.

Changshu city

The urban area is east of East Second Ring Road, south of South Second Ring Road, west of West Second Ring Road and north of JASON ZHANG Highway. No unit, organization or individual may sell or set off fireworks without authorization.

Zhangjiagang city

East to Yuelu Highway and its south extension, south to Qianjin New Road, Xiong Jian Road and its east extension, at the junction of Taicang and Shanghai, west to Wu Tang River, and north to provincial highway 339. Fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited (refer to the attached figure).

In addition, fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in the following places outside the forbidden zone:

4. Gas stations and other places where inflammable and explosive materials are produced and stored, as well as gas (oil) pipelines, power transmission and transformation, overhead power, communication lines and other safety protection facilities and military facilities in protected areas;

5 laws, regulations and rules and other places where the municipal government prohibits the discharge of fireworks and firecrackers.
