What is the wind speed?

Wind speed is usually expressed by wind speed, which refers to the distance that the wind moves every second, usually expressed by meters per second (m/s) or kilometers per hour (km/h). 1 1 level: storm with wind speed of 28.5-32.6m/s;

12: Typhoon with wind speed greater than 32.7m/s.
