Is Enshi Mountain Road easy to drive during the Spring Festival?

There are many mountains in Enshi. Because of the topography of Enshi, all the scenic spots in Enshi are basically far away, and it takes at least one or two hours to reach each scenic spot. The roads in Enshi, especially the roads to scenic spots, are basically Panshan Road, which is narrow and curved. There may be rain and snow during the Spring Festival, and mountain roads will be more difficult to walk.
