Example of flood disaster in Zunyi

On June 1 day, 2005, the office of flood control and drought relief headquarters of Guizhou Provincial People's Government suffered a flood disaster in Tongren, Zunyi, Guiyang. Torrential rain caused flash floods in Slope Village, Qinglong Sub-district Office, Guiyang City, killing 4 people and leaving 654.38+0 missing. More than 40 households on both sides of Gaoping River in Gaoping Town, Huichuan District, Zunyi City were flooded, with the maximum water depth of 1 m. A landslide occurred in Luoman Village, Zhaiying Town, Songtao County, Tongren Prefecture, causing two households and two houses to be flooded, and six people were missing, 1 seriously injured.
