Flood disaster includes flood disaster and rain flood disaster. Among them, disasters caused by heavy rainfall, melting of snow and ice, icing, dam break and storm surge are called flood disasters. Rainstorm, heavy rain or long-term rainfall concentration caused by water accumulation, large runoff, timely drainage, resulting in land, housing waterlogging, flooding and other disasters, known as rain and waterlogging disasters.
