What regulations should be observed in the inspection of high-voltage equipment?

The inspection of high-voltage equipment must comply with the following provisions:

1, the personnel on duty and the off-duty personnel who are allowed to patrol alone with the approval of the leaders are not allowed to do other work or move or cross obstacles when patrolling high-voltage equipment.

2, thunderstorm weather, need to patrol outdoor high-voltage equipment, should wear insulating boots, and shall not be near the lightning arrester and lightning rod.

3, high voltage equipment grounding, indoor shall not be close to the fault point within 4 meters, outdoor shall not be close to 8 meters. Personnel entering the above range must wear insulating boots and gloves when touching the equipment shell and frame.

4, patrol power distribution device, in and out of the high pressure chamber, must close the door.

5. There are at least three keys to the high-pressure room, which shall be kept by the power distribution personnel on duty and handed over according to the value. One is for emergency use and the other is for the personnel on duty. Others can be lent to personnel and work leaders who are allowed to inspect high-voltage equipment independently, but they must be registered and signed and returned on the same day.

Extended data:

Safety regulations for operation of high-voltage equipment in power distribution room

1, the electrician on duty must have the necessary electrician knowledge, be familiar with the safety operation procedures, and be familiar with the performance and operation methods of various equipment in the power supply system and distribution room. And have the ability to take measures under abnormal circumstances.

2, the electrician on duty should have a high sense of responsibility, strictly implement the duty patrol system, brake operation system, working ticket system, safety equipment and fire equipment management system and access system.

3. It is allowed to patrol the high-voltage equipment alone and the person who acts as the guardian shall be approved by the leader of the electric power department.

4. No matter whether the high-voltage equipment is charged or not, the personnel on duty shall not move or directly cross obstacles. If there is a fence that must be moved, there must be a guardian present, and the safety distance should be met when the equipment is not powered off.

5. When it is necessary to patrol outdoor high-voltage equipment in thunderstorm weather, wear insulating shoes and stay away from lightning arresters and lightning rods.

6. Patrol the power distribution device and lock the door when entering and leaving the high-voltage room.

7, contact the power supply unit or user "dispatcher", when stopping, sending brake operation, the person in charge on duty must review and correct, and record the contact content and contact name.

8, the power switch must be in accordance with the oil switch (or load switch, etc. ). The load side circuit breaker and the bus side circuit breaker operate in turn.

9. Switching operation on high-voltage equipment and large-capacity low-voltage main panel must be carried out by two people, and a person familiar with the equipment shall be the guardian. Remote control or partition operation of oil switch and breaker (and oil switch interlock device) can be operated by one person.

10. Wear insulating gloves when closing the high pressure knife switch with a unique lever or closing the high pressure knife and oil switch through transmission. Wear insulating boots when operating outdoor high-voltage equipment in rainy days. Switching operation is prohibited during lightning.

1 1. When loading and unloading fuses with electricity, you should wear protective glasses and insulating gloves, use insulating pliers if necessary, and stand on the insulating mat.

12, after the power failure of electrical equipment, before opening the circuit breaker and taking safety measures, it should be considered that there is electricity, so as to avoid touching the equipment and entering obstacles and preventing sudden calls.

13. In case of power failure in construction and maintenance, the personnel on duty should take safety measures according to the requirements of the working ticket, including power failure, electricity inspection, installation of obstacles and hanging signs, check with the person in charge of field work to confirm that there is no electricity, and explain the location and precautions of nearby live equipment before both parties can apply for permission to start construction.

14. When the work is over and the staff leaves, the person in charge of the work should make it clear to the personnel on duty and check it with * * *. The personnel on duty can only dismantle the security measures and resume power transmission after both parties have completed their visas.

Before the end of the work, the personnel on duty shall not connect the power supply of the construction equipment.

15. When the high-voltage equipment is cut off, it must be cut off when it is less than 0.35 meters away from the normal working range of the staff. For equipment with a distance of more than 0.35m but less than 0.7m, a firm temporary fence must be set at a distance of not less than 0.35m from the live part, otherwise it must be cut off. The live parts behind or on both sides of the staff must be cut off when there are no reliable measures.

16. In case of power failure, it is necessary to cut off the power supply that may call each loop. You can't just turn on the oil switch to work. You must turn on the knife switch so that each circuit has at least one obvious disconnection point. Transformers and voltage transformers must be disconnected from the high and low voltage sides. The primary and secondary fuses of voltage transformer should be removed. The working power supply of the oil switch should be disconnected. The operating handle of the circuit breaker should be locked.

17, be sure to use suitable and qualified hazardous electroscope when checking electricity, and check the electricity on both sides of the socket when maintaining equipment. Before checking the electricity, the electroscope should be tested on the live equipment to prove that it is good. Insulating gloves must be worn when checking the electricity of high-voltage equipment.

18. When it is confirmed that the equipment has no voltage, the conductors of the maintenance equipment should be grounded and short-circuited with each other immediately. Grounding wires should be installed in all places that may send electricity to power-off equipment or components that may generate induced voltage.

The grounding wire shall be multi-stranded bare flexible copper wire with a cross section of not less than 25mm2. The grounding wire must be fixed on the conductor with a special wire clamp, and the disassembly sequence is reversed. Insulating gloves should be used when assembling and disassembling grounding wires. The assembly and disassembly work must be carried out by two people.

Maintenance personnel are not allowed to remove and replace the grounding wire by themselves. The grounding wire should be numbered and placed in a fixed place. The installation and disassembly of grounding wire should be recorded, and it should be made clear when the shift is changed.

19. When working on the capacitor circuit, the capacitors must be discharged one by one. Grounding after discharge.

20. The operating handles of switches and circuit breakers should be hung with signs of "No closing, someone is working". Once closed, power can be sent to the working place. Signs of "Stop, High Voltage Danger" are hung on the guardrails of live equipment on both sides of the workplace and on the aisles that are forbidden to pass.

2 1. In case of power failure or user maintenance, the personnel on duty should take safety measures, and then notify other responsible persons to start work and register. After the work is finished, the power transmission can only be resumed after receiving the notice from the original person in charge. It is forbidden to power off or send electricity at an appointment.

22, when working near the live equipment, must be monitored by designated personnel. Live equipment can only be in front of or on one side of the staff, otherwise the power should be cut off.
