Where is the ancient banyan tree in Xiuren, Lipu?

Lipu Xiuren Ancient Banyan is a cultural relic protection unit in Lipu City.

Xiuren Ancient Banyan is located in the residence of Xiuren Town Government.

There are two ancient banyan trees side by side, two of which are old and dry, with lush foliage, and the sun is always covered by shade. The trunk circumference of Phyllostachys pubescens is12.65m, the canopy coverage area is1647.48m2, and the height is about 50m. The trunk circumference of Zhu Bei is 13m, the canopy coverage area is 142 1.63m2, and the height is about 45m.

According to legend, two ancient banyan trees are over 500 years old. In order to protect the ancient banyan tree, the people's government of Xiuren Town built four banyan tree dikes on both sides of the ancient banyan tree at 1986, and fences were set on the dikes for tourists to enjoy the banyan tree for rest and cool off. After liberation, it was listed as a cultural relic protection unit in Lipu County.
