The short four-month internship is coming to an end, and it's time to leave suddenly, and it's inevitable to leave the place where the teacher's dream began. The details of internship are vivid, and you can experience life and increase your knowledge.

Teaching growth record

Four months of teaching career, 100 days of teacher experience, three points and one line of preparing lessons, attending classes and reflecting, textbooks taught, lesson plans written and reflections recorded all record my teacher's growth and life in the form of texts. I still remember the first time I went to the podium, and I still remember my stuttering expression when I spoke. Everything is in front of me. With the passage of time and the growth of experience, I have been able to stand on the podium to explain a certain problem in detail, to observe the students' expressions and to control the classroom to some extent. This proves that practice makes true knowledge, and only by applying theoretical knowledge to practical teaching can we really understand it.

After the internship, I feel that my ability in language expression, blackboard writing design, lesson preparation, classroom norms and so on has been improved, further narrowing the distance between me and my future teacher career.

Communication improvement

Before setting up a post, I was a person who was not very good at dealing with interpersonal relationships. After my internship, I can feel the joy of communication.

There is a small age gap between teachers and students. They are teachers and students in class and friends after class. Students have a lovely and naughty side. They are absent-minded in class, whispering to their deskmates, or dating weekly meetings. I will be strict with them in class. Only in this way can we truly be worthy of those teenagers as beautiful as flowers and pure as jade. After class, we chat together, talk about the future together, talk about life together, exchange life experiences together, talk about family together and share life experiences together. I met several students with deep memories in my internship, and they may become good friends for life.

I still remember recording the class. I couldn't adjust at that time. I'm very worried. In order to solve this situation, I found the head teacher of Class 7. With the help of the teacher, I can finally record the class. When I came to Class 7, I explained a few words. During the class, the students were very cooperative, actively answering questions, and showed a good mental outlook. I have always been grateful for this, thanks to those sensible students, so that I can complete the task of recording classes.

As their "sister" teacher, I also take the initiative to care about them. I still remember that two students in Class 6 of Grade 3 got sick one after another, and I was very anxious. I will give them some medicine sent by Normal University to help them recover. Sometimes I play the role of "buyer". When I get to the county seat, I will help them donate some daily necessities, and I will feel very fulfilled and happy with the students.

Colleagues, teachers in Ningjin No.3 Middle School are very enthusiastic. After we came, the school leaders and teachers took the initiative to introduce the school situation to us, which was very helpful for us to adapt to school life. I also try my best to help the teacher. For example, the teacher is really busy and has no time to study at night. I either change with the teacher or take classes for them. Of course, the teacher also helped me in class adjustment and guidance.

My tutor is high flyers from Henan Normal University. Besides being very beautiful, she is also very gentle and knowledgeable. Before I went to the podium, I had listened to her class several times, knowing that I was preparing lessons and attending classes, and I felt the importance of teaching experience to teachers.

The important harvest of friendship internship is a group of good friends, such as Sun Nan, Wen Yue, Yi Jie, Yu Feng, a gentle Leo and Miao Er, our knowledgeable team leaders Zhi Li and Xiaohong, and a gentle, beautiful and versatile Li Sui ... It is fate that people with distinct personalities can meet, work together and live for half a year. I learned a lot from them, and the days together were very happy. Eating, fetching water, studying and having fun with roommates, with the warmth of "home", the dormitory has become the warm rear of internship. It feels so good to be together!

A simple and happy life

During the four months of internship, the weather is getting warmer and warmer, and the temperature is getting higher and higher. I have been to the chilly spring, and I have been comfortable for a while, and I have ushered in the scorching sun. The weather is changing, I am growing, and I am living.

The first day in the dormitory is our cleaning time, cleaning the glass, cleaning the cabinet, moving the table and sweeping the floor. Finally, the dormitory is completely new, and the dormitory has our taste. During the four-month internship, we washed dishes, swept the floor and kept clean every day, just like at home. I feel that our life consciousness is improving in this respect.

Cooking articles Because students have a two-week holiday and there is no food in the canteen, we have to bite the bullet and cook by ourselves. From the very beginning, I forgot to cook, and gradually learned simple meals, such as scrambled eggs with tomatoes, shredded potatoes, fried cakes and Zhajiang Noodles. Our life skills have improved, and we can finally solve the basic life from nothing before. This is also an important aspect of life skills.

Live a collective life. Collective life is a state of life, and I need to blend in with most members of the group. I feel that I can basically adapt to this kind of life, and I can also find friends and meet confidants in the group. I am very happy.

Postscript: I don't think about whether I can succeed or not. Since I chose the distance, I only care about hardships. Since I have chosen the ideal of being a teacher, and since I am committed to education, I just want to cultivate, regardless of the harvest.
