Article 1 These Measures are formulated in order to clarify the refund management of passenger routes and standardize the refund service process.

Article 4 Tickets are valid on duty on the same day. If the ticket is refunded more than 1 hour before the flight takes off, a handling fee of 10% of the face value of each ticket will be charged. If the refund is made less than 1 hour before the flight takes off, a handling fee of 20% of the face value of each ticket will be charged. After sailing, the ticket will be invalid and will not be refunded.

Article 5 If 1 round-trip package is used, the preferential amount of the used flight segment will be filled up on the premise of meeting the one-way refund time limit, and part of the face value will be refunded according to the above refund rules; If the round trip is not used, it shall be handled according to the above refund rules.
