A K567 passenger surnamed Zhang said that the train stopped inexplicably on the way to Shenyang on the 19th. After the train stopped, an officer came to explain the situation. The train conductor said that the train was pulled by electricity, and the thin ice on the contact net made the whole train unable to use electricity. Not only the air conditioning and other electrical facilities on the train can't be used, but also the train can't run.

Ms. Zhang said that at that time, the train staff said that hundreds of electric traction trains in three northeastern provinces had encountered relevant situations. The staff said that they had got in touch with the internal combustion section of the railway, and the diesel truck would be launched soon.
