Qinghai has a vast territory, rich resources, magnificent mountains and rivers and many ethnic groups. It has unique advantages and potential to develop tourism. This article is for reference only. It's my notes on my trip to Qinghai and the information of 1 1 scenic spots I must visit.

Matters needing attention in traveling to Qinghai

1. Qinghai The climate in the United States is relatively dry, so it is necessary to properly strengthen the intake of vegetables and fruits and enhance resistance. Although mutton in Qinghai is delicious, don't eat too much, it will get angry. There is not much fruit here, so you can take some vitamin supplements.

Remember to drink plenty of water. The air humidity in the plateau is relatively low, which easily leads to dehydration and some diseases. Drink it continuously but in small quantities.

3. Li Qingjiu in Qinghai Tibetan area is quite intoxicating. It is advisable to drink two-thirds of ordinary liquor on weekdays.

Tibetan butter tea and other foods are not suitable for mainlanders' stomachs, so you can stop eating more. There are empty butter tea bowls for guests in the local area.

5. The sandstorm is relatively large, so pay attention to sand prevention measures.

What should I prepare for going to Qinghai Lake on National Day?

During the National Day, the temperature difference in Qinghai Lake was very large. According to the weather factors in previous years, the daytime temperature is around 20 degrees, and the night with strong sunshine may be around zero. If you choose to spend the night in Heima River and get up the next day to watch the sunrise, you can go out wrapped in a quilt. I can't wait. It is no exaggeration to say that, by the way, it is not recommended to live in tents in the Heima River. Although the accommodation conditions in Heima River are not ideal, you don't have to try the tents by the river. It is said that you can watch the stars at night, but if you want to spend the night in a tent, the weather is really cold!

Clothing reference: 2 long-sleeved shirts, 1 thin coat, 1 fleece or down, 1 coat, 1-2 sets of autumn trousers, 1-2 pairs of wear-resistant dirty trousers, some disposable underwear, socks, gloves, slippers, hats.

Food: high-calorie food, add some chocolate or something. If there are several meals on the train, you can bring some fruits and snacks, depending on your personal situation. In terms of diet, it is recommended to do as the Romans do, drink butter tea and eat yak buns, which can alleviate altitude sickness.

Drugs: In fact, people often say that eating rhodiola and treating altitude sickness with high altitude are of little use. I suggest taking Danshen dripping pills and inosine oral liquid twice a day, taking American ginseng buccal tablets and drinking glucose water at ordinary times, which can alleviate altitude sickness. If you catch a cold, you can't go high. If you catch a cold before traveling, you'd better cancel it for your own benefit. Altitude sickness can also cause headaches, and suitable analgesic drugs are fenbid and ibuprofen. Don't buy painkillers and indomethacin. Stimulate mucous membrane, plateau is easy to bleed. For gastrointestinal problems, it is recommended to bring some Baoji pills. In addition, with some multivitamin tablets, there are few plateau dishes and it is easy to lack vitamins. Others should take some anti-inflammatory drugs, cold medicine and band-AIDS. Generally speaking, patients with colds and heart diseases should go to high altitude areas less.

I. Qinghai Lake

Qinghai Lake is a must-see place for donkey friends to come to Qinghai. Qinghai province is named after Qinghai Lake, which was called the West Sea in ancient times. It is the largest inland lake and the largest saltwater lake in China. Qinghai Lake is surrounded by mountains, with Sun Moon Mountain, Nanshan Mountain, Rubber Mountain and Datong Mountain in the east, west and north respectively. Buha River originates from Tianjun County, Haixi Prefecture, Qinghai Province, and is the largest river that flows into Qinghai Lake, so Tianjun County is also called the source of Qinghai Lake.

The beauty of Qinghai Lake lies in its vastness, its deep blue, its seasonal changes, its birds and flowers, and its ever-changing scenery around the lake for more than 300 kilometers. Here you can see herds of cattle and sheep, green yellow flowers and desert oases.

Best travel time:

When is the best time to go to Qinghai Lake? I think all seasons are suitable. The key is what you want to see and experience most. I've listed

From the beginning of April to the end of May, from the middle of 10 to the end of10, there will be snow on the top of Qinghai Lake, and Baolan Lake is wrapped in silver, clean and elegant;

10 From early September to mid-June, it is autumn in Qinghai Lake, with crisp autumn and yellow rain, which is suitable for traveling.

Transportation: There are two main routes from Xining to Qinghai Lake, the northern line and the southern line.

Northern Line: Xining-Huangyuan-Xihai Town (Jinyintan, atomic city)-There is a bicycle service center in Jinyintan, Xihai Town, Qinghai Lake. Generally, passengers who ride from the northern line go to Xihai Town, then assemble a rented car and ride to the west 17 km to reach Qinghai Lake.

South Line: Xining-Huangyuan-Daotang River-Sun Moon Mountain-Qinghai Lake. Tour groups, chartered tours and go on road trip generally enter Qinghai Lake from this line.

The ideal tourist route of Qinghai Lake should be clockwise from south to north. Jinyintan, atomic city, Sun Moon Mountain and Daotang River are also famous scenic spots in Qinghai. If you go to Qinghai Lake, you can pass by the scenic spots of this route and avoid taking the old road again. Besides, this direction is exquisite. Tibetans have the custom of crossing mountains and lakes, and the direction is clockwise, which is the custom of Tibetan Buddhism.

Recommended tourist routes:

One-day tour: Xining-Huangyuan-Daotang River-Sun Moon Mountain-Qinghai Lake (Erlangjian-Nanshan Guan Hai-Jinshawan-Shadao)-Xihai Town (Jinyintan, atomic city)-Huangyuan (Tangier Ancient City)-Xining;

Two-day tour around the lake: D 1: Xining-Huangyuan-Daotang River-Sun Moon Mountain-Qinghai Lake (Erlangjian, Nanshan and Heima River) stays in Heima River.

D2: Qinghai Lake (Heimahe Sunrise-Bird Island-Fairy Bay-Gangcha-Erhai-Shadao-Jinshawan)-Xihai Town (Jinyintan, atomic city)-Huangyuan (Dangel Ancient City)-Xining;

Note: Chaka Salt Lake is suggested for the two-day tour, which is located on the west side of Qinghai Lake, more than 80 kilometers away from Heimahe Township near Qinghai Lake. Usually arrive at Chaka Salt Lake from Heima River before 4 pm on the first day. Interested travelers can stay a little longer to watch the sunset, and then go back to Heima River to watch the sunrise of Qinghai Lake the next day.

Introduction of scenic spots:

Now, please follow me and take you around the lake on the map in the order of two-day tour around the lake, and briefly introduce the scenic spots of Qinghai Lake:

1. Fishing ground to Erlangjian section

Tickets: 10 yuan

The southern line is about 20 kilometers long from the national road 109, which has just entered Qinghai Lake fishing ground, to Erlangjian. It is the most beautiful place in Qinghai Lake and the most concentrated place for tourists. You can reach the lake through the path of local Tibetans and own farmland or pasture. Tibetans often collect tickets at intersections and can bargain. 1Tickets to 0 yuan can go to the lake, take photos in rape blossoms and add 5 yuan.

During this period, especially in July and August when rape blossoms are in full bloom, golden rape blossoms, green highland barley fields, blue lakes and blue sky and white clouds form an incomparably beautiful picture. In the meantime, you must spend more time playing by the lake, taking pictures of the girls, riding horses and yaks.

Note: The traffic is very heavy in this section. Many people in go on road trip enjoy the scenery while driving and stop at any time. There is a great risk of rear-end collision, so be sure to pay attention to safety.

2. Erlang Arrow Scenic Area

Admission: 100 yuan (annual1October 20th 10 to April 5th 18 for off-season tickets to 50 yuan);

Erlang Arrow is a slender peninsula by the lake. Seen from a height, it looks like a sharp arrow inserted into the lake. This scenic spot was converted from an abandoned arsenal, and there is also a torpedo launching pad in the lake. It is the first torpedo launching test base in China. Previously, it was called 15 1 km away from Xining. There are rare deep-water harbors, yachts and other recreational facilities here, which are the core scenic spots of Qinghai Lake. In the scenic area, you can take a yacht or bus to Erlang Arrow for sightseeing. The cost is not included in the ticket.

I usually don't recommend hikers to enter this scenic spot.

There is a road leading to Chabuchar, Hainan on Nanshan opposite Erlangjian Scenic Area. This road winds on the South Mountain overlooking Qinghai Lake. Here, you can see that the bottom of the lake shows different blue colors due to different shades. Jiro sword is clearly visible. The grassland, highland barley and rape fields by the lake are yellow and green. The quiet lake extends to the northwest, and the sand dunes on the other side of the lake are clearly visible. The yachts in the lake were painted with white signs.

If you want to spend money in Erlang Sword Scenic Area, you might as well come here. You may not see the true face of Erlang Jian when you buy a boat ticket in the scenic spot, but you will understand it when you arrive in Nanshan.

4. Heima River

Admission: 10 yuan (watch the sunrise)

From Erlangjian Scenic Area, more than 70 kilometers west along 109 National Road, it is the market town of Heimahe Township, which belongs to Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. A small river named Heima River flows from here and flows into Qinghai Lake, hence the name Heima River. Because it is located in the southwest of Qinghai Lake and is a market town, it is convenient to eat and live, so people like to concentrate on this place to watch the sunrise. The specific place to see the sunrise is the Panchen Laze scenic spot not far from the town. The sun rises from the sea level in eastern Ran Ran. From a distance, you can see three huge tripods standing in the waves. This is an island composed of dense white limestone reefs, so it is called Sanshi.

When the weather is fine in summer, you can also stay in a tent hotel by the lake. If it's cold there, there is a color steel room. You can watch the sunrise when you leave the tent in the morning. The price of a tent is 30-one bed in 50 yuan, depending on your bargaining power and check-in time. Its price is higher in the peak season.

There are many hotels in the town, small in scale and high in grade. Most standard rooms don't have T and separate bathrooms, but the price of toilets is relatively high and the conditions are very general. When the peak season comes in July and August, the beds in the town are very tight. The price of standard room with bathroom is between 280-350, which needs to be booked in advance. Instead of studying, I can only live in a tent by the lake.

In the past, the Panchen Laze Scenic Area did not accept tickets, but after the potholed cement road in the scenic area was resurfaced last year, someone charged, alas! Might as well not fix it.

In fact, it is not necessary to watch the sunrise of Qinghai Lake on Heima River. There are many tents, hotels and reception stations run by Tibetans on the west road around the lake from Heima River to the northwest. Which block is the home of the famous dancer's uncle? As long as you are on the west side of the lake, you will definitely see the same sun in the same direction. The reason for living in Heima River is that there are many accommodation options.

When the weather is clear, you can stay in a tent hotel and watch the stars at night. The starry sky without light interference is beautiful, especially at dawn in the morning, which is the most intoxicating time.

Sacrifice to the sea

Tickets: None.

Ten kilometers north of the Heima River, there is a place where Tibetans worship the sea, where Tibetans pray for Poseidon's blessing and good weather for people and animals. Friends who have been to Qinghai Lake have a feeling that all they see on the highway around the lake is a straight line of Qinghai Lake, but the highway dedicated to the sea here is built on the hillside. Because it is higher than the sea level and close to the lake, the area of the lake is relatively large. In addition, after watching the sunrise of Heima River, it will arrive here at 8 or 9 o'clock. Soon after the sun rose, the lake was sparkling. It is suggested that the donkey friends stop and play here for a while.

6. Bird Island

Tickets: 120 yuan (from April 20th to August 60th every year15th, tickets for off-season in 48 yuan will be implemented at other times);

Bird Island, named after 100,000 migratory birds, is located in the northwest corner of Qinghai Lake, not far from the Buha River Delta. There are two islands of different sizes and shapes. These two beautiful islands are the world-famous Bird Island. Qinghai Lake is a paradise for birds. With the improvement of the natural environment around Qinghai Lake, the lake has been closed to fishing for decades, and the number of migratory birds coming to the shore of Qinghai Lake has increased year by year.

From Heima River to the northwest along Huxi Highway.

The best time for bird watching is from the end of April to the beginning of June every year. The road to Bird Island is built along Buha River, the largest river in Qinghai Lake. There are also many birds on both sides of Buha River, including black cormorants, striped geese and brown-headed gulls. Standing on the roadside, you can see birds flying in pairs. If you don't want to spend money on scenic spots, you can park your car on the side of the road and watch it. I don't feel very happy if I still don't want it.

Every year from winter to spring, that is, from the end of June 165438+ to the following March, swans will migrate to Bird Island and Quanwan in Shinaihai for the winter. Therefore, Qinghai Lake is also called Swan Lake on the Plateau. At this time, Bird Island Scenic Area can bargain. Fortunately, two people can buy tickets. Watching swans on Bird Island in winter is absolutely romantic. It's just you and a flock of swans in such a big scenic spot. Imagine, my friend!

7. Just observing

Tickets: None.

Gangcha, a coastal city, is a county in the north of Qinghai Lake, which belongs to Haibei Prefecture and is about 40 kilometers away from Bird Island. In the past two years, gangcha county has attached great importance to tourism, and has successively built many scenic spots such as Huangyu Homeland, Cangyang Gyatso Cultural Square and Sanskrit Lingka.

Every year from the end of May to the beginning of August, millions of yellow croaker swim upstream in Qinghai Lake and enter the Liusha River, Buha River, Quanji River and other rivers in Qinghai Lake to lay eggs. The migration and spawning journey of yellow croaker is arduous, dangerous and even a journey of death. Just now, Chen Wenjing built Huangyu's home on the quicksand river to the west of the county seat. Here, you can see the migration process of Huangyu. Where there are fish, there are birds, and there are many seabirds here. They hover and dive on the river, which is very interesting.

On his way to Beijing, the 6th Lama Cangyang Gyatso died of sudden illness while traveling in Qinghai Lake, gangcha county. To commemorate him, gangcha county built the Cangyang Jiacuo Cultural Square in the east of the county seat, where people who like Cangyang Jiacuo can visit his immortal poems.

There are five prayer flags on the hillside where the 3 15 national highway passes in the east of the county, namely, the sunrise area at sea, the six-character mantra praying area, the landing stupa area, the colorful sail circle area and the colorful sail area. Its beautiful name is Sanskrit Lingka, which has the characteristics of Tibetan Buddhism. It is also the largest praying array I have ever seen in Qinghai. In addition, a section of the road not far from the pass is covered with banners, which is also spectacular. It is necessary to stop here to take pictures.

8. Fairy Bay

Admission: 60 yuan.

Fairy Bay is on the edge of Qinghai Lake, more than ten kilometers away from gangcha county City. National Highway 3 15 is marked. Huang has a road leading to Qinghai Lake Farm, which extends to the south. Fairy Bay is mainly a lakeside wetland, and a plank road leading to the lake has been built in the scenic spot. Tourists have been around Qinghai Lake many times, and their interest has been greatly reduced. Few people go to this scenic spot. 9. Gahai

Gahai is an oval lake 3 kilometers northeast of Qinghai Lake. Due to the continuous evaporation of Qinghai Lake, Gahai and the mother of Qinghai Lake are separated by a sand mountain. From Gangcha along the 3 15 National Road to Harger Township, and then walk for more than ten kilometers to Haiyan County, there is a fork road extending to the southeast. This is the starting point of Huanhu East Road. Walk along the east road around the lake for about five kilometers. You can see a blue lake on the right side of the road. This is Gahai, and there are several unguarded paths that can cross the railway to reach the lake. The lake is shallow and clear, and few tourists can be seen. Suitable for people who like to be in a daze and love cleanliness.

10. Sand Island

Tickets: 70 yuan

More than 20 kilometers from Gahai to the east is Shadao Scenic Area. The big sand dune in the scenic spot is formed by sand ridges protruding from the lake and accumulated by wind and sand, just like a crescent-shaped new sand dune floating on the water, which is a great wonder of the lake. There are many kinds of desert amusement projects in Shadao Scenic Area. I seldom bring people here to the International Sand Sculpture Art Festival held in July every year, mainly because people think the tickets are too expensive, so I usually take them to Jinsha Bay without fa.

Walking more than ten kilometers southeast along Hudong Road will cross a desert area. There are many desert entertainment projects run by Tibetans on the roadside, such as sand skiing, desert motorcycle, cross-country and so on. This area is very interesting. I often take my donkey friends to Jinsha Bay, which is also guarded by local Tibetans. Bargain, everyone can get 10 yuan. Here, you must walk through a sand dune. The sand in the sand dunes is very soft, so it is comfortable to take off your shoes. This dune feels like a desert. Think about it, desert, lake, cattle and sheep, grassland appear in the same picture, should it be the first time in your life?

Okay, here we are. We have basically circled the lake for a week. Let me introduce some places that most people don't know, but I think are good, whether to save money or not. The above is just my personal opinion, which may not be completely accurate. They are for your reference only. How to play the game? I still suggest that hikers have a selective in-depth play according to the season and personal hobbies. Go to several places when the weather is bad and play more when the weather is good.
