Are you pointing out the double-ring icon in the status bar now? This double-ring symbol represents the software running in the background. Turn off software notifications that cannot be turned off with one click. You can go to the Settings-Application Control-Notification column and push it all away, but this is not recommended. After all, some software still needs to be notified, such as ink weather.
