The Central Meteorological Observatory issued a high temperature red warning on August 12 18. It is estimated that there will be 35 in central and southern Shaanxi, eastern Sichuan, Chongqing, Henan, Hubei, southern Shandong, Anhui, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Fujian, Jiangxi, Hunan, northern and eastern Guizhou, eastern southern Xinjiang basin and western Inner Mongolia during the daytime on August/KLOC-3.

Among them, parts of southeastern Shaanxi, eastern Sichuan, Chongqing, western and southeastern Hubei, northern Hunan, northwestern Jiangxi, central and southeastern Anhui, southern Jiangsu, Shanghai, central and northern Zhejiang and other places can reach 40 ~ 42 C, and the local area can exceed 42 C.

Red warning signal refers to the forecast issued by relevant departments for disasters or potential dangers such as typhoon, rainstorm, high temperature, drought, fog, cold wave, blizzard and safety. The red warning is the first-level warning, which is the highest in the alarm level.

According to the urgency, development trend and possible harm, the early warning levels are divided into: IV (general), III (heavier), II (severe) and I (particularly serious), which are indicated by red, orange, yellow and blue respectively.

The early warning information includes the category, early warning level, start-up time, possible influence scope, early warning items, measures to be taken and issuing organs of public emergencies. At the same time, all departments should start the corresponding emergency plan for public emergencies in time according to the warning level issued and perform their respective duties.
