The ticket office on the first floor is located on the north side of the station building, and the south side is the exit. The second floor of the station building is the staff office, duty room and signal room. The waiting hall of Tieling West Railway Station has a total area of 4160m2 and 690 seats, which is enough to meet the expected waiting demand. Right in the middle of the waiting hall is the entrance, and the electronic display screen above displays information such as train number, fare, remaining tickets, arrival time forecast, parking platform, car booking, passenger notification and so on from time to time.
