It is very hard to walk to the sea of milk from nine in the morning to three in the afternoon. After a day's hiking on the plateau, you have to climb a steep mountain to see the milk sea, so you still have certain requirements for physical strength. Tourists who come and go on foot will cheer for each other when they pass by here.

From the point of view of traffic safety, the small ring road from Chengdu to Daocheng Aden is not difficult to open, 80% of which are asphalt roads or better roads, and the traffic is smooth. The two of us just got our driver's licenses for half a year, and the only "old driver" has a little more driving experience of 1 year.

The most difficult road conditions are basically the above. The weather on the plateau changes rapidly, and it will suddenly fog, rain and snow in September. On the way over mountains and mountains, you may encounter a road without guardrails, with mountains on one side and cliffs on the other, and fog in front.

This kind of road needs to be careful and drive slowly as close as possible to the mountain. Of course, we can't get too close. Because we are inexperienced, we are too worried about falling off the cliff when driving (our brains have been mended several times, and the picture is too strong). We drove too close to the mountain, causing the right front wheel to be worn out by stones and have a flat tire. So you see, long-distance self-driving, you'd better know the basic knowledge and methods of car maintenance. At the very least, you should be able to unload the waste tire and put on a spare tire. We rented a car from Chengdu and a small SUV from Mazda. Basically, as far as Daocheng Aden is enough.

When renting a car, you need to carefully check the vehicle to ensure that it is ready: spare tire, tire changing tools, tow rope, tire pressure monitoring and mobile navigation.

Drug preparation:

The most important thing: Rhodiola, it is recommended to take anti-hyperreflexia drugs in advance. All three of us have altitude sickness to varying degrees. All three of us have been to the plateau or mountain above 5 kilometers above sea level before, but it is easy to have high reaction after long-distance driving and hiking on the plateau.

Clothes:

We went in September, and we need to prepare: sun protection caps, sunglasses, enough underwear, coats, sweaters, down jackets, pajamas, sports shoes (hiking shoes), masks (very fragrant when watching the celestial burial) and wool hats (Gao Yuanfeng Big).

Aden in September, 10 means morning and evening 10, noon 18. You would rather wear more clothes than catch a cold. Don't take a bath on the first day of going to the plateau, try to eat local food, butter tea and so on. It is beneficial to adapt to the plateau and ensure night sleep.
