Where is Tongjiang city?

Tongjiang City is a border port city, located in the south bank of the intersection of Songhua River and Heilongjiang River, in the hinterland of Sanjiang Plain, facing the Russian Jewish Autonomous Prefecture and Baja border area across Heilongjiang River in the north, with a border line of 170 km, which is a national first-class port.
