Camp Phase I: July 6-July 12.

Phase II: July 21-July 27.

Stage 4: August 6-August 12

Children over 7 years old need to participate in the camp independently.

The camp fee is 4580 yuan/person (registered in the official WeChat account of Wuhan Botanical Garden).

The fee includes 1. Professional camp instructor, professional team leader, outdoor safety coach.

2. The cost of summer camp materials (camping hat/clothing/research notebook)

3. Ticket fee: tickets for all scenic spots in the whole journey.

4. Management fee: natural science popularization management fee in Shennongjia forest area.

5. Transportation expenses: the train fare from Wuhan to Yichang, the shuttle bus fare from Yichang to Shennongjia, and the transfer fee of scenic spots.

6. Accommodation: 4 nights, one room for 2 people in Shennongjia camp and 2 nights in Luo Song.

7. Meals: 6 for breakfast and 0/3 for dinner.

8. Full accident insurance

Event notification refund rule

1. If you abstain from participating on the same day, 80% of the total fee will be charged; Payment has been made. If you give up your participation 3 days before departure, you will be charged 30% of the total fee.

2. If the number of people is too small to form a group or join a group, a full refund will be given; We will confirm it the day before the event, and the refund will be returned in the same way within 3-7 working days;

3. In the normal course of the activity, the follow-up project cannot be carried out due to subjective factors such as the physical reasons of the participants, and no refund is involved;

4. In case of force majeure (such as typhoon, rainstorm, etc.), the organizer will notify the member to cancel the activity after unified decision, and the member can choose to postpone the activity or give a full refund.

1. The whole activity is led by junior professional teachers in Yun Qi to ensure the safety and controllability of the activities;

2. If any activity does not follow the rules, there will be unsafe factors. From the safety point of view, please be sure to follow the guidance of the team leader!

5. If the activity belongs to outdoor activities and is affected by force majeure such as weather, the activity that has not started will be postponed or cancelled according to the weather conditions!

6. Wuhan Botanical Garden has the right to interrupt or change the activity schedule if the activity cannot be carried out as originally planned due to force majeure during the activity!
