When is the best month to travel to Hong Kong?

Personally, I think it's May. Before going, I made a simple plan and arranged several places I wanted to go for two days. On the first day, I went to Harbour City and Victoria Harbour in the evening. The next day, I went to Hong Kong University and Central. Of course, I didn't play strictly according to the plan later.
