Firefighting and rescue require strong skills. Technical, but some places recruit people according to the salary standards of assistant and auxiliary police officers, and there are phenomena such as "it is difficult to recruit and retain people". In addition, most of the current full-time firefighters are "midway or part-time" or part-time, and their professionalism is difficult. Exploring the mechanism for retired firefighters to join a full-time fire brigade

How can we overcome the difficulties and embark on the path of professionalism in the construction of a full-time fire brigade? Some places that are at the forefront have provided some experience.
