The No.9 strong tropical storm "Sura" intensified into a typhoon on the afternoon of July 30th this year. At 30 17, its center is located on the northwest Pacific Ocean about 500 kilometers southeast of Hualien City, Taiwan Province Province, that is, 20.5 degrees north latitude and 0/24.6 degrees east longitude. The maximum wind force near the center 12 (33m/s) is the lowest in the center.

It is estimated that "Sura" will move to the north-north direction at a speed of about 10 km per hour, and its intensity will continue to strengthen.

Affected by Sura, there will be 8- 13 gale in the east of bashi channel, Balintang Strait and Taiwan Province Province from 20: 00 on the 30th to 20: 00 on the 30th, and there will be113 gale in the sea area near Sura center, and the gust can reach 65,438+. There will be 7-8 grades in the Taiwan Province Strait, the eastern and southern South China Sea and the southern East China Sea, and there will be 9-grade gale in some sea areas, and the gust can reach10-1.
