I want to be happy! But I can't be happy! Depressed …

I'll give you an article I wrote. It may be helpful for you to read it. Life is actually very simple. Life is actually very simple, study, work and live. Life is really simple. What belongs to you will always belong to you. Don't covet what doesn't belong to you. In fact, life is really simple, and you can make a difference without asking for anything in return. Actually, life is really simple. You can bend and stretch freely and let nature take its course. Most of our troubles come from our weaknesses: greed, anxiety and fear. Because of these weaknesses, we cannot let nature take its course. Think about money if you have no money, and think about more money if you have money; I don't want to be an official, but I want to be a bigger official. Because of the word "think", anxiety arises. Once people are anxious, their understanding of objective things will be biased, because with bias, there will be fear-these should be mine. Can I have them? How can I get it? I can't get it. What if someone else takes it? Do I need to play some tricks before others get it? So the pressure came and the pain came. I have a point, maybe you don't agree, it doesn't matter, you can listen to it: people get as much as they lose in their lives, which is an equal sign. God has a ruler in his hand. If there is a sign greater than or less than, it will come out for your consideration: illegal acts will always be punished by law, and conscience that has not been punished by law will always be tortured. On the contrary, if you don't get what you deserve, he will always make you feel at ease, sleep comfortably and make you feel very happy. This is also a kind of "harvest". You may think that this is not the case at all, which is normal. The human brain is a tool for making trouble. People's troubles depend on your understanding of life. If we know life from life, then troubles will always accompany you; If you jump out of life to understand life, it is boundless. Because I can't jump out of life, I still have troubles. We might as well think about it carefully: before we came to this world, no one knew who you were, but when we leave this world, some people will still think of us and future generations will pay homage to us. The process of life is really short, and death should be eternal. Since the course of life is short, what reason do we have not to pursue freedom of thought and fall into the quagmire of chasing fame and fortune? I don't know Buddhism, but under what circumstances did Buddha Sakyamuni become a Buddha? If a person doesn't eat, drink or sleep for seven days and seven nights, what kind of mental state is it? Morita Shoma, a famous Japanese psychologist and founder of Morita therapy, concluded that the Buddha was suffering from severe neuroticism. The Buddha took the practice of making him suffer, which made him feel uneasy. Because the pain couldn't be more painful, he realized the "Tao" that ordinary people couldn't understand, and thus got a complete liberation. He wanted to convey his feelings to more people, so as to alleviate the suffering of more people, and Buddhism was born. We won't comment on Morita's statement. The experience of real life tells me that sometimes the more I want to get rid of the pain, the more painful it is. For example, pain, sometimes you may find it unbearable, so you start taking injections to take medicine, but the pain is extreme (real extreme). How does it feel? We don't know much about it, do we? In fact, if it reaches the extreme, there will be an imagination that things will be reversed, but unfortunately we have not experienced it. Therefore, the best way to get rid of the troubles in study, work and life is to let nature take its course. What is letting nature take its course? I'm afraid we all have a wrong understanding of this problem. Let nature take its course. Let's give a simple example: when the enemy stabs you with his sword, you just pull his sword away naturally and passively wait for him to assassinate you, but it won't. So no matter what unhappy things we encounter in life, what to do and what to do, don't let emotions affect your behavior. Because emotions are like the weather, there are sunny and cloudy, rainy and snowy, and we can't control them. Since you can't control it, let nature take its course and do what you should, and the result will be unexpected. If a person can get what he deserves through action and abandon what he should, his troubles will naturally disappear. In other words, you will get what you don't ask for, and you will get what you want if you don't do anything. (Written by Mu Feng on April 12, 2006)
