9, gantry and tower crane loading shall not be overloaded, such as hanging steel bar with tower crane, wood square and other loose objects must be tied firmly, more hanging and more putting.

10, temporary electricity consumption must conform to the requirements of the specification, using three links and five wires for overhead laying, all electrical equipment shall be protected by one machine, one box and one brake, and safe voltage below 36v shall be used for operation in wet places.

12, electrical equipment, repeated grounding, leakage protector should be tested regularly, and problems should be handled in time. It is forbidden to run with illness.

13, tower crane red, gantry and metal shell of electrical equipment, lightning protection or grounding measures should be taken according to regulations.

14. In case of suspension or resumption of work due to seasonal climate or other factors, reliable safety measures must be taken for tower cranes, gantry, scaffolding, construction electricity, "four ports" and "five temporary".

15, construction should be suspended in severe weather such as strong wind or rain and snow, and anti-skid measures should be formulated for construction after snow.
