Why is the face red and hot in winter?

There are several possibilities for red and hot face in winter:

1. Cold weather will cause blood vessels to contract and slow down blood circulation. When the face is exposed to cold environment, slow blood circulation will cause blood vessels to dilate, which will turn the face red.

In cold weather, people often wear thick clothes and wrap them tightly. This will lead to overheating of the body, accelerated blood circulation and fever of the face.

In short, blushing and burning in winter is caused by cold weather, dry air and overheating.
